We notice some leakage from our roof and Cole from Millard Roofing came out for an inspection. Cole sealed an area around my skylight free of charge. He also inspected my attic and reassured me there were no other issues. Not only was he very knowledgeable, and showed me pictures of the problem area, he was honest! I was expecting a major, costly repair.I would also like to mention that I had used Millard Roofing many years ago when we initially moved into our house. The area back then was fixed properly and never leaked again.
