Justin was very professional, communicated timing he’d be arriving, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly. I felt confident after he checked where a leak was coming from that he was fixing it properly.

Called for a quote to see whether the roof or insulation was the issue with the staining on our ceiling. Quick scheduling and professional team. Once onsite, explained that it was a ventilation issue and recommended that we call an insulation company to look at the vents. I appreciate the candor and help!

A major storm hit our area in June of 2022, we called Millard Roofing the next day. Cole was quick to respond. Upon a full house inspection, we learned that our house had sustained much more damage than we had initially thought. While at times, it felt drawn out, due to negotiations with our insurance company, we were never left without some form of communication from Millard roofing. The whole process felt practically stress free because Millard Roofing handled it all for us.Once the repairs were approved, everything was set up for us. We always received a call asking to set up a time/date for measurements, bringing samples for our review, and scheduling each phase of the repairs necessary.When the work started, ALL crews were professional and shown outstanding work ethic. They cleaned up each day and kept open communication on what would be next or if they needed to work at little extra to keep things on track. They were above and beyond what we expected, for example, the siding crew and window crew noticed that one of our dogs decided to bolt from our yard while they were working. They dropped everything to chase him down and bring him back home.Compassionate, committed and honest in what they do. I would 100% recommend Millard Roofing! We cannot thank you enough for everything!!

Six stars!!! Millard Roofing helped me navigate storm damage repair with my insurance company and the experience was honestly amazing. I've had roof repairs over my many years of adulting and have been generally well taken care of, but Millard Roofing went beyond the pale. From Cole's and Jayme's careful attention, excellent communication, and patience with the ins company all the way to the crew's clean up (I didn't find a single nail that they missed...I didn't think that was even possible!). Last year, we had the unfortunate experience of a leaking skylight and I was blown away by their unmatched dedication to customerservice. Justin from Millard showed up promptly for our appointment, meticulously inspected our roof, and discovered hail damage – a testament to their attention to detail.However, the real challenge arose with our insurance company's estimate, which included a shocking denial letter despite our consistent premium payments. The denial cited policy language that demanded claims be filed within 1 year of the date of loss, a detail we were unaware of and dont' believe any layman could meet this obligation. Our insurance company did not inform us of any event that occurred at our home, so how would we know without a leak? It felt like we were being penalized for an unforeseen event that is covered under our policy. Even though we reported the damage when we found out about it our insurance company is claiming that it was 1 week too late.Through this trying time, Millard Roofing was our pillar of support, encouraging us and affirming the legitimate damage to our property. They replaced our roof, skylight, and gutters with remarkable craftsmanship.We are immensely grateful for their guidance and are now prepared to take our insurance provider to court.I can't recommend Millard Roofing enough – for not only their superior workmanship but more importantly, their unwavering compassion and backing when facing insurance adversity. After some storm damage, we got a new roof, windows, gutters, and siding from Millard Roofing. We couldn’t be happier! Had large hail hit my house. I called Millard Roofing to look over my home for damage.Justin came out within a couple days to assess damage. He later did a walk around with my insurance adjuster to show damage.Justin helped greatly when it came to dealing with insurance.I had a roofing crew come out and they did a great job installing a new roof.Millard Roofing and Justin relieved a lot of the stress involved with insurance and repairs.I highly recommend Millard roofing to anyone who needs home repair.

Worked hard to get our new siding ordered, worked with our insurance company so it was virtually no hassle for us, was able to work with the roofing crew to get our roof done - start to finish - in less than a day. Answered all our questions and worked to make sure we were involved in the whole process. He stayed in contact, was professional yet friendly. Made sure we knew what was happening when. When weather interfered he was in contact quickly to reschedule in a timely manner. Can’t recommend him enough! We contacted several companies to help us with hail damage on our roof & siding (two companies saw the significant amount of work that needed to be done and never returned with estimates). Millard Roofing was responsive and Justin assessed our home. He has been detailed, always replies in a timely manner, and has been patient when answering our numerous questions. There were a few issues with the insurance claim , but Millard handled all negotiations with our insurance company and ensured the work was done exceptionally well. Millard Roofing is a five star company that I highly recommend. After my home was hit hard by large hail, Justin was at my home to thoroughly assess the damage which he found needed a roof replacement. My insurance company was going to assess by drone pictures, to which Justin advised me to insist on a personal inspection. After a long wait with my insurance company, the claim was denied. Justin reassured me that he would keep working with them, which he did on my behalf, and eventually to my surprise after several months, my insurance approved the claim. The very next day that my insurance company notified Millard Roofing of the approval, a team was on my roof doing the replacement. The job was done exceptionally well and the clean up was perfect. Justin was at my house the next day to inspect the new roof. What I really appreciate about Millard Roofing was that they worked directly with my insurance company, and I did not have to. To be denied a claim after paying high insurance premiums for many years is very stressful. When I trusted Millard Roofing to see this process through, it removed the stress, and I was confident it would work out well. It certainly has, and I am so grateful to Millard Roofing.

Our experience with Millard Roofing has been exceptional at every level. We have worked personally with Justin from the day we first contacted them. He was at our house within a few hours to inspect storm damage. He personally inspected the roof, siding and windows. Cole followed up with a visit to assure their results were exact. Millard Roofing worked directly with USAA Insurance Company to complete the claim. The team of roofers and gutters did a great job and a nice job of cleaning up. Millard Roofing is a business that demonstrates professionalism, knowledge, high integrity and persistence! Justin A. dealt with the insurance company from the beginning to the end of the project. His patience in answering my multitude of questions was amazing and his knowledge and explanations were extremely thorough. I also appreciated the great communication from the office with a phone call determining start date of project and another call when the crew was cleaning up! This company is family owned. The Millard Roofing staff is responsible and respectful and I am so grateful for all of their help after the hailstorm.

They are good when you have a big project, but seem uninterested with small work. They replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts after a hail storm and they made good money on the project. However, one of the downspouts they installed was measured wrong and it has created an erosional feature next to our house. I called and they sent someone to look at it. Then, I didn't hear back from them. Called back a few times and they haven't followed up since.Like I said, good with big ticket projects, but not great with follow through.

Jim Eggers and the Millard Roofing Team took over a troubling situation with our Insurance Provider and repaired all of the storm damage on our Home. Their communication through out the entire process was also great! I would recommend them for any roof/gutter repair situation.
