What kind of damage do you look for?

During your free roof inspection, we look for roof storm damage, including hail or wind damage that may have affected your roof’s ability to shed water.

Part of the inspection includes looking for pest damage, holes, punctures, ponding, pooling, debris build-up, immediate repair needs, damage to HVAC equipment, cracked or damaged flashings, gutter damage, problems related to chimney or skylights, missing shingles, broken tiles, etc. We may look in your attic if necessary.

What happens after the roof inspection?

Our expert team will create a photo record and show you what we find. If we find damage consistent with an insurable event, we will create a complete damage report that can be shared with your insurance company. If we find damage that can be repaired without filing a claim, we will share that with you and provide options to repair your roof.
