Nobody works harder than our Millard Roofing representative, Justin, to accomplish the tasks involved in dealing with insurance adjusters, helping to navigate resources to replace damaged property, while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. We recommend him for everyone's property damage needs because he stays on task and navigates the process for the homeowner. When our roof needed replacing due to hail damage, he helped expedite the process, and when there was storm damage to the a/c unit, he did the same. While there have been issues with insurance on accepting the current siding claim, he has worked diligently to offer proof to adjusters, has met request after request from the insurance company for multiple proofs, and has gone above and beyond for us, his clients. We are looking forward to our new siding, soon! Thank you, Justin. Hands down, we recommend Millard Roofing, especially Justin Alley, their representative, for property damage services to our friends, colleagues and family.
