Do you offer roof inspections near me?

As long as you are located within the service aeas of eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa, we will be happy to provide a roof inspection. We also service other areas of the state of Nebraska for larger projects.

What kind of damage do you look for?

During your free roof inspection in Omaha or your local city, we look for roof storm damage, including hail or wind damage that may have affected the functional ability of your roof to shed water. We also look for pest damage, holes, punctures, ponding, pooling, debris build-up, immediate repair needs, damage to HVAC equipment, cracked or damaged flashings, gutter damage, problems related to chimney or skylights, missing shingles, broken tiles, etc. We may look in your attic if necessary.

What happens after the roof inspection?

We will create a photo record and show you what we find. If we find damage consistent with an insurable event, we will create a complete damage report that can be shared with your insurance company. If we find damage that can be repaired without filing a claim, we will share that with you and provide options to repair your roof.
