Millard Roofing is seeking a Sales Account Representative that is honest, resourceful and capable of being a part of our fast-growing company. Relationship building, fact finding, and qualifying our customer are key ingredients to our success. This Individual will also work closely with other key personnel to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create new relationships with-in our local community (No Travel)

Identify residential and business decision makers and actively follow-up and win work

Develop and aggressively implement a sales plan for your market

Manage existing relationships and current accounts

Ensure that Millard Roofing is viewed not just as a contractor but a honest and competent general contractor

Keep CRM up-to-date with leads and opportunities

Make presentations to prospective clients

Visit prospective clients and existing clients

Attend industry trade shows

Requirements and Attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Valid Driver’s License

Metrics-driven experience in sales

Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google, etc…)

Proven CRM knowledge and experience

Basic and/or advanced trade experience (preferred)

Articulate communication and presentation skills

Ability to create a positive experience for Millard Roofing’s customers and meeting the needs of clients with integrity

Ability to understand and clearly articulate Millard Roofing’s services (in-house and external training is provided)

Ability to work well with limited supervision and effectively use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload


No Overnight Travel

Territory 60 mile radius of Omaha
