From the start, Kim was highly communicative. She called to confirm what we needed and schedule an appointment. Upon our request, Kim notified us they would call the day before to confirm, and made good on that. She also called the day of when it was raining to reassure us that they would still be coming out even despite the rain. When they arrived, Cole was extremely kind, respectful, and, most importantly, personable. He got on the roof and found the issue quickly.
