I called Millard roofing first thing in the morning, and they indicated that they could have somebody out to inspect the roof for a possible water intrusion within an hour to two hours of my initial call. Just came out, was highly personable and inspected the roof and gave me a number of options before doing his part to get on a slippery roof for deeper inspection and even some mild remediation to help get things by without any charge. Just had my roof and gutters replaced with Millard roofing. They were fairly expeditious and were great in maintaining communication throughout the process. We did have some issues with insurance pushing back on things. Cole went to bat for us against the insurance company and was successful. All I had to do was sit back and watch the email communications back and forth between the two and eat my popcorn.
