Millard Roofing Reviews

Excellent
4.3
Went above and beyond to get storm damage at my house all taken care of. Taking the burden of the back and forth with the insurance company off my plate was a big timesaver.
Very impressed by the knowledge, expertise, and professionalism!
We had amazing service with Millard roofing. They were extremely knowledgeable and had a smooth and efficient system to get our roof and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our roof was done in one day and our gutters were the same. We have gotten so many compliments on what an efficient and good job was done on our roof. We would 10/10 use them again.
This is my second time using Millard roofing and I have been dealing with Justin alley. I would recommend these guys to any one. They are very good at what they do from dealing with insurance company’s to getting what ever is needing done to your home caused by storms. If it weren’t for these guys I would not have my house fixed to the way it was before the storm. These insurance comp don’t ever find all the damage and they try to give you as little as possible. Yes they are a little higher priced but I’m one of these people that believes you get what u pay for. Millard roofing uses top quality materials. I want to just let every body know if u want top quality materials and workman ship just call Millard roofing. Thanks Millard roofing
Justin is very honest and nice to work with. Would definitely recommend.
While doing yard work I noticed one of their salesmen working with a neighbor and was immediately impressed with how thorough they were. After working with our insurance company to start a claim on some storm damage to our roof, I decided to contact 3 different roofing contractors to get proposals, Millard roofing was on the list. Cole Bunner from Millard roofing was the first contractor to stop by and I have to admit he set the bar pretty high! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the whole insurance claim process. He asked me what happened and what questions or concerns I had. He then explained what he was going to do and look for. He walked around the whole house looking for storm damage before he got his ladder out and inspected the roof. He chalked out any damage and after about an hour, he came back to discuss what he found. He was very detailed and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Cole even pointed out damage that wasn’t included on the adjuster’s report. He explained that this was typical and that they would work with the insurance company on our behalf to make every attempt to see that all the damage would be included in the claim. I thanked him and told him that I was having other contractors come out for additional proposals and he said that he understood but if I had any questions that I could call him. He left me his folder with his company and his contact information. But instead of leaving right away, stayed and struck up a conversation with me for another 15 minutes or so. The reason I’m including this conversation is that the other companies that came out could not leave fast enough, on to the next stop. One of the contractors was in such a hurry that he didn’t even bother to take a ladder out to inspect my house. Both contractors started talking discounts and free upgrades if I signed with them that day. One contractor gave me a verbal cash price for painting my house, without taking any measurements or documentation?!?! Cole and Millard roofing have definitely stood out and that’s why we decided to proceed with them. We look forward to working with Cole and Millard roofing and will update my review after the entire process has been completed.
We highly recommend Millard Roofing for gutter replacement. Justin reviewed our options and did not try to oversell. Their team was able to complete our gutter replacement in one day, and their cleanup was spotless. The result is beautiful.
We had a couple of small jobs that we called them out to look at for us and they basically said they couldn't do it because the jobs were essentially too small, but gave us ideas on how we could get it done instead and save some money. They were very professional and helpful.
