Frequently Asked Questions
I don't have a current copy of my policy? How do I get it?
We have copies of all current homeowner policies that are issued by major carriers. If you would like we can even provide you the phone number to call to request a copy of your current policy be emailed or sent to you.
Is this course FREE? What is the catch?
No catch at all! We know educated homeowners are the best clients to have. You do not have to book a job with Millard Roofing or any of our subsidiary companies ever to go to our education seminars. We just want you to know what is covered by your insurance so when your need arises you are educated. For over 20 years we have been a trusted partner in the community and this is just one way for us to give back to our community. Over the years we have seen a lot of companies come and go and take advantage of our community by capitalizing on uneducated homeowners. We don’t want this to happen to our neighbors so we provide this class completely free of charge.
Can my spouse attend with me?
Yes. We want you both to attend. It is common that we have one or both attend. So all are welcome!
What is the setting of the meeting.
The seminar is set in our large meeting room at the front of our office. We also have a large meeting room in our back service bays that can accommodate a larger crowd if necessary. We provide drinks and snacks during the meeting and lunch afterwards to answer any one on one questions.
Can insurance providers attend?
Yes – Everyone is welcome. Some insurance providers do not want you to know this information as in some cases the policy is confusing and in their advantage against the homeowner. Please note we work with all insurance providers and all we are providing is education during these seminars. We are not here to recommend one insurance carrier over another. We will highlight the way your coverage is structured only so you understand your coverage.
